Dear Mr Felix,
I am writing to you in connection with the Imagine Dragons concert that was scheduled to take place on May 3rd at Vilnius Compensa concert hall. I bought two tickets to this show from events.eu on January 5
th because Imagine Dragons is my uncle’s favorite music band, therefore, I have decided to surprise him on his birthday with the tickets to their show. Additionally, I believe that this rock band is one of the greatest music creators in the 21 st century and is worth seeing live at least once in a lifetime.
Unfortunately, to my great dismay, the event was canceled due to the Coronavirus pandemic. While I completely support measures to ensure public safety and health, I would appreciate it if you could provide details on how the refund process will work for ticket holders. As you can imagine, I spent a fortune for those tickets, therefore, you would do me a great favor by compensating them as soon as possible. In addition, if there are any future opportunities to reschedule this event, I would be very interested in staying informed.
